User-Generated content, are you using it?

Often brands excuse is ‘resources’. I don’t have the time to create beautiful content to use in my social channels. My response is simple, you have a world of resources at your feet all you need to do is know where and how to find it. Once you know that the rest will fall into place and you’ll be able to post daily to all of your active social channels.

Everywhere I look I see people creating content that’s conversational, why should you as a brand not use this content? Don’t let it go to waste.

  • Facebook you can share the content
  • Twitter you can RT the content
  • Instagram you can #regram it.

There’s time in finding and curating the content but I feel this is your brands best resource as it kills two birds with one stone.

  1. This resource will not only be able to find relevant and conversational content to share
  2. Also be acknowledging and responding to the digital community.

So what are you waiting for; LISTEN, ACKNOWLEDGE, RESPOND AND SHARE!

Facebook click on ‘POSTS TO PAGE’. This will bring up all posts that your brand has been tagged in on Facebook.

Post to Page

Twitter using HootSuite is recommended. Allowing brands to create streams with keyword searches and @mentions to sort through and find the gold.


Instagram using Iconsquare is recommended. Allows brands to search on hashtags. From here brands can find the right content to engage with and share.
